Leading high-performance coach and owner of Next Level Training Academy, Crios O’Hare, offers a dynamic strength and conditioning program for all ages. Next level develops athletes in all areas, with an emphasis on building good foundations as they grow. There is a big focus on coordination, balance, proprioception, and core strength, whilst instilling good habits in regard to self-care.
